Designed in 2010 by Patrick Jouin in collaboration with the Puiforcat workshops, the Zermatt cutlery takes power and sobriety from steel, and adds a new contemporary page to the story of Puiforcat cutlery.
Once again, Puiforcat has teamed up with the designer to enhance the collection with four shaped pieces in silver-plated metal. Patrick Jouin has created a bowl, a kettledrum, a jug and a vase around a new design theme entitled Autour de l'eau (Around Water), continuing the identity of the Zermatt style and the strength of this design with its sharp edges and polished surfaces.
