Acoustic isle

Designed like a bird’s nest, Nest combines solid wood and recycled algae foam to create a soothing island that captures sound while offering acoustic customization through its unique assembly system. Its unlimited modularity allows for the superposition of multiple islands, forming random compositions that can integrate into both confined spaces and large architectural volumes. In addition to its acoustic properties, Nest can also serve as a light source, providing installations that are both spectacular and functional, thus sculpting acoustic micro-environments within the space.

Compliant with ISO 354 standards, Nest offers optimized acoustic absorption, with a weighted index αw of 0.60 (MH), ensuring effective sound absorption across various frequencies, particularly between 500 Hz and 4 kHz.
