Originally conceived as a bag rest for the prestigious Louis XV restaurant by Chef Alain Ducasse, we sought to build on this idea and transform it into a nomadic seating solution.
Like a leather origami, it folds and unfolds with fluidity, revealing a multitude of uses.
The intrinsic quality of the leather used here is both functional and aesthetic. Its suppleness and strength allow us to create invisible hinges that enhance the fluidity and seamless motion of the piece. The wooden core, precisely wrapped in leather with no visible seams, reflects the meticulous attention given to its design. Finally, the handles, finished with edge painting, provide a comfortable grip while adding a subtle final touch.
