On Sunday evening's TF1 TV news program, the Mobilier
National was featured, providing an excellent opportunity to revisit our
collaboration with the ARC of the Mobilier National and Alki to create the
Orria chair, which has been installed for over a year in the prestigious Salle
Richelieu at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France.
As designers, we create pieces that not only enrich our
daily lives through their use. The seat, with its clean lines, has been
designed to be as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing: light and easy to
handle, it is stackable and can even be placed on the table thanks to its
armrests. It's a pleasure to see that this challenge has been met, and that the
chair has won over those who use it on a daily basis.
